DELIVERY – Sign with reservation upon receipt

All our shipments are insured. However, under European regulations, insurance coverage is only valid if the delivery is signed with reservation for inspection at the time of receipt.

Note: couriers do not allow time for package inspection upon delivery. For this reason, we strongly recommend signing with reservation. By signing without reservation, you accept the goods as-is and assume responsibility for any damage not reported to the courier. In such cases, Greyge will not be able to offer assistance.

Signing with reservation or immediately reporting an issue activates the insurance and ensures you are fully protected.


Returns & Right of Withdrawal

If you change your mind after purchase, you may return the item within 9 days of receipt, in accordance with exceptions permitted by European law for customized and made-to-order goods. This reduced period reflects the artisanal and personalized nature of our products.

How to proceed:

  • We will guide you step-by-step through the process
  • Once approved, you must arrange the return shipment with a courier of your choice

Important:

  • Return shipping costs and any customs duties are the customer's responsibility
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is returned safely and undamaged
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received
  • Greyge reserves the right to deny refunds for items damaged during return transit
  • Returns are not accepted for customized or made-to-order products

Once the item has been returned to our warehouse and verified to be in perfect condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro) and PayPal. Prices are listed in EUR.


Shipping

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. You may select your shipping destination while browsing or during checkout.

Orders are shipped from Italy directly from our artisan workshop and delivered securely with leading couriers. All shipments are insured for the full value of the product. Oversized or delicate items are handled by couriers specialized in transporting artworks.

Delivery is normally to the ground floor (curbside delivery).

As each product is handmade, occasional delays may occur, especially for items not in stock. In such cases, we are committed to completing and shipping your item as quickly as possible, always ensuring the highest quality.

Shipping times are indicated on the product page. Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Within Europe, shipping costs are covered by Greyge and are therefore free of charge. The same applies to the United States and Canada, except in rare cases where sudden pricing changes occur with airlines. We recommend contacting us to confirm. Customs duties and local clearance costs are always the customer's responsibility.

Customers from Switzerland, the UK, the USA, and Canada may incur additional customs fees. Orders to other countries may be subject to import taxes. Customs authorities may require personal information (e.g., EIN, IRN, SSN) for clearance.

Note: delays due to customs clearance are not uncommon. We currently collect sales tax in New York and California. If you are tax-exempt, please provide valid documentation (e.g., resale certificate) prior to ordering.

Many items are ready to ship; others are made to order. Production times are indicated on the product page. At checkout, we accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer.
