Cleaning a fabric dining chair requires a little more care compared to general wood furniture. This is because the fabric has to be properly tended to prevent after wash stains or tear. You will need the following materials to clean Ibsen Miss.
1st Step – The first step is to rid your dining chair or dust. You can do this by using a vacuum cleaner especially for tight areas that your hands can’t reach. If you don’t have a vacuum, a dry cloth will suffice but make it is dust free. Make sure every area is well dusted. Pay close attention to seams and crevices.
2nd Step – The next step is to apply your cleaning solution. If there is only mild stains or.no stains at all, you can use warm soapy water to get the job done. Soak the dry cloth in the soap and smear in the fabric. To be on a safe side, try using it on a limited area to ensure it doesn’t caused discolouration. Also avoid using cloth materials that bleach so as not to ruin the fabric. Work the soaked cloth from inside out to avoid spreading stain marks.
3rd Step – Once done with the last step, dip your micro fibre cloth in clean water , squeeze to remove excess liquid then use same to remove soapy residue. Do this thoroughly and ensure no stain mark is left behind.
4th Step – The last step is to air dry in an open space. Do not return your dining chairs to their usual position in your home until you are sure that they are properly dried.
